How to show change details on My Task on esc portal . OOTB no details are shown.

I want to show all the change details under My Task. on service portal it is visible but on esc portal it is not visible .

Like how everything is visible on sp portal . same i want in esc portal . please help me with the solution.

Hello @snow34 ,

Search "To-dos Configurations" in your navigation and Open the approval table records.

There are two records for the "Open" tab and the "Closed" tab. Do the same for both.
Open the records and add in the detail row tab>details field
