how to show full email on activity log in custom table

How to enable full email on activity log in custom table.
I cannot see full email in email activity log .i can see a slide bar to slide the email.
Can anyone help me?

@Dinesh29 Go to activities filter and check "Sent/Received Email" as shown in image below
This will take of showing the email related to that record on activities. But in dev instances as email sending is disabled we need to email log type to sent in email [sys_email] table as shown in image below
