Hi,

 

How to show only open items on My Items that too in descending to ascending order on esc portal.

Before we have updated the filter condition on the instance options but its showing all the states of the records but I want only open items.

sys_class_name=incident^ORsys_class_name=sc_req_item^active=true^opened_byDYNAMIC90d1921e5f510100a9ad2572f2b477fe^EQ

 

Can anyone please help on this. It will be helpful.
