Hello,
I’m new to ServiceNow, so please excuse any incorrect terminology. We’re building an employee timekeeping system using a record producer.
When users submit time entries for manager approval, some are rejected due to incorrect hours. Is there a way to return the rejected record to the requester so it appears in My Requests on the portal, allowing them to edit and resubmit for approval?
Currently, rejected records are set to “Awaiting User Input.” state. We would appreciate guidance on how to make these records visible and editable for resubmission in My Request portal

Hi @yashkamde
Thank you for the suggestions.
Option 1: If we use the out-of-the-box My Requests behavior, what approach should be used when a Record Producer also creates a Request Item (RITM) at the same time?
Option 2: If we do not use the out-of-the-box My Requests behavior, what alternative options are available?
