how to show RITM on Task form using related list

I am trying to show related RITM on sc task form using related list, but not yet successful.

I found the how to related RITM on the SC TASK form.

strange! when i tried that it showed me all request items! i wonder how!?

The code I have posted give only RITM related to a particular task. Order can contain many requested items. Task run on one requested item.
