How to Start sla based on value of variable in catalog item

I have a field called server type in catalog item. Sla should start only when server type is selected as physical 

Can this be configured

Hello Nithin, go on SLA definition and select start condition as server_type is physical.

Hi,

You can use variables in condition builder in SLA definition. First, you need to click the last option on condition builder called "show related Fields" then it will allow you to select variables. see screenshot.

I tried this but its triggered even when server type is not physical Am not sure what am doing wrong

I have just checked, it is working fine.

Please check if you are choosing correct catalog item and variable.
