How to Start sla based on value of variable in catalog item

I have a field called server type in catalog item. Sla should start only when server type is selected as physical

Can this be configured

Hi,

You can use variables in condition builder in SLA definition. First, you need to click the last option on condition builder called "show related Fields" then it will allow you to select variables. see screenshot.

Thanks for checking Rahul it's working on ritm table ... now am trying on sc_task and getting the problem ... Do I need to go -> show related fields -> varaibles (or) Varaibles (without going to show related fields

Hi Kilo Sage,

The field "Variables" only exist on the table Requested Item, right? Because in my case, I need to create the SLA on the table HR Case, but not exist the field "Variables". So, is there any field like the field "Variables" on the table HR Case? Because I also start the SLA based on value of variable in HR Case.
