I want to stop notification being sent on incident closing. how can i stop without disabling the notification ? please guide

in Email notification when to RUN set as Incident state is Closed. can't we add one more condition that updated by is not admin?

You then have to identify some common settings or something else for that particular incidents and you have to add that in condition. But it should be common for all the incidents for which the notification will not trigger.
Otherwise you have to hard-coded the number field or sys-id in the condition of that notification which is not a feasible idea.
