How to stop Projects from changing associated Program start/end dates?

Hey all.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm brand new to this part of SNOW Dev (I've only ever done catalogue items & forms/workflows before).

We've got a request to modify how Programs and Projects interact. They want a Project to not be able to change the start/end dates of an associated Program, ie, the opposite of default.

To be specific, I have Program A, with a start date of 21/11/25 and end date of 21/12/25.

I add Project A to this Program, and Project A has the start date of 19/11/25 and end date of 20/12/25.

When I do this, it will automatically change the start date of Program A to match Project A, 19/11/25.
Same thing with End Dates if applicable.

And if I try and modify the Start Date of Program A back to 21/11/25, then I get an error stating that there's Projects with a Start Date before 21/11/25.

Is there any way to modify the behavior so that if you try and create a Project with a start or end date that's outside the start/end date of the Program you're attaching it to, you get an error and it prevents you doing so?
