How to switch between dark and light themes for service portal?

I want the end users to be able to switch between dark and light themes in servicenow for service portal. There should be option in header in portal beside the user name. On clicking of it they should able to switch between dark & light.

It's not available out of the box on the portal. Users need to log in to the native view to access it.

There is no such switch option in Service Portal OOB. You need to create a custom widget to achieve this.
