How to test the pop up and click the button on it using ATF

In my Use case when I am trying to cancel a Standard change a pop-up occurs on screen to make sure I really want to cancel or not, I want to test this and click the buttons available on it. 

I have tried Custom UI steps but it is not helpful, any solution on this?

This is one of the known limitations of ATF.
