How to test the property "alias_filtering_behavior" in ServiceNow

Hi, 

I have created this property - alias_filtering_behavior and set it to "strict" in our instance as part of an Platform health. But i couldn't able to test it in lower environments.  So, is there a way to test this property in lower environments(dev, QA). 

Please let me know if there is any way to test this property.

To test the property module must be activated in instances, if the module is not fully activated with all required configurations then it is tough to test it.

This property is related to MID Server. and to test the same you need MID Server in lower instances as well.
