How to time automatically calculate the duration and add that into  the time work tab on case form

Hi,

 

My requirement is As an agent he should see a Stat time and End time buttons on top when he click on starts Stat time button the record  time calculated whenever he off the case or click on the End time that time automatically calculate the duration and add that into  the time work tab below on case form.

Can you please suggest is there any way to do this. It will be helpful.

I think I already replied you on this. It is not a good use case, reason

Let say agent start working on case and forget to click on start button and after 30 mins agent clicked on this and in 2 mins agent click end tiem, so it will not a gv a clear picture.

 

Better use some kind of SLA and there must be some field to capture the start and end time.
