Field changes cannot be displayed in no-audit table.
Only way to check is go to history and check the Field value at the time of creation vs current value and updated date.

I was looking for a field Change in a Non audit table only, hence was wondering if there is any other way to figure out the changes that had been done in the table(Non audit).

Nope. No any other way to check the history for that table
