How to translate "Create New Case" modal header from workspace

I want to translate this "Create New Case". I checked with i18N debugger and in the sys_documentation table I found nothing relate to it. Not only this I checked all the tables related to translations like sys_ui_message, sys_translated_text etc. But found nothing. Can any help in this matter ?

Actually, oob it is translated. But it's translation is incorrect. So, I need to update that oob translation
