How to trigger approval for create known error article

Hi Team,

 I have a requirement create a approval  flow  'create Known error article ' under the problem ticket. Please find the below attachment. can someone help me on this how to achieve this.

Hi @Anupriya_11 

 

Known errors are nothing but it is kind/ type of knowledge article. So it depend which knowledge base you are using to store Known error and on that base you can add the approval.

You can change OOTB workflow for this.
