how to trouble shoot this "8 contractor accounts that haven't triggered an email to the manager"

Hi Community,

How to troubleshoot the below issue?

We now have a total of 8 contractor user accounts that haven't triggered an email to the manager with log in details upon creation. Can this perhaps be investigated? We can of course just set a new password and provide the information to the user but this is merely a workaround and should not be seen as standard procedure moving forwards.

Could you please share the configuration of the notification that you expected to be sent out? We should check the condition, and the Who to be sent in the config 🤔
