How to Update Branding image in ESC Portal ?

Hello Community,

I want to update the branding logo displayed in top left corner of esc portal. 

However, when I try to Ctrl + right click on widget it does not show option to edit or go to the configuration. 

Maybe because this is not a widget. 

Please suggest where we can modify this logo ? Also, what should be it's ideal size/dimensions ?

The name displaying as Chubb is the logo which is need to update.

Hi @Hritik ,

You have the logo there where is the image. The issue is that the logo is a white text and the background is also white so this is the reason why you are not seeing anything in the logo in configuration page. 

Just click add an image and put whatever image you want. In theory the platform will resize the image for you, but in case you don't like it, you can do what other users suggested and put an image with a different resolution.
