you can try to edit it from the Branding under Conversational interfaces > Settings > Branding [select your virtual agent] and switch to icons:

You have to update  Portal Theme's Css image link.

Bit offtopic... Looking at your image, it looks like there's are two circles visible, as in two Virtual Agents? Is that correct?

If so: double check if you have a Virtual Agent widget added to you portal page (or footer) AND Agent Chat configuration active.
