How to use Predictive Intelligence for 'Assigned to' field in an HR case

Hi everyone,

i wish to use Predictive Intelligence for 'Assigned to' field in HR case rather than assignment group(currently the assignment group is being handled by Assignment rules)
Could this be a good implementation to use PI on 'assigned to' field if yes , how should i proceed with it, what all do i require in order to implement this, i know i would require a minimum of 10,000 records, apart from that how should i begin? Considering that there are more than 2000 agents for 'assigned to'

Please use the Article and implement for "Assigned to" field looking at "Assignment Group" example in the Article.
