How to use ServiceNow is IOS

can you please elaborate a little more on your question? What exactly do you mean if you refer to if the service now application can be utilized on iOS devices, then I would recommend you to look into mobile agent solution from ServiceNow.

I need to know is there anything that we as a ServiceNow developers need to do anything to let users access the SNOW via IOS.

Like: Installing any particular plugin or etc.

I was trying to login to my instance but since I don't have SSO enabled i could not login to NOW agent in mobile.

Thus, how can I make sure SNOW is working in IOS ? (Or if it is already working?).

As matter of fact I was not aware we need Now Mobile plugin to be installed. 

We can no use SNOW in mobile after plugin installation
