How to validate notifications through ATF?

Hi Team,

I've configured Incident Notification validation ATF steps. Please find the below steps for the same. But, in Step 5 it getting failed. Can you please review and let me know if any existing ATF are customized for the same or let me know how to fix the issue:

Hi,

since you are in Orlando you can use the Notifications test step

It has different Test Steps such as "Validate Outbound Email" etc

Hi Ankur,

When I'm using "Validate Outbound Email" after submitting the Incident ticket. For my process, After submitting the incident, email is triggering to Assignment group. But, how to filter Assignment group members in "Validate Outbound Email" step. Please see the below steps:

In Step 6, How to select assignment group recipients. Please provide me if you have any examples.
