How to validate notifications through ATF?

Hi Team,
I've configured Incident Notification validation ATF steps. Please find the below steps for the same. But, in Step 5 it getting failed. Can you please review and let me know if any existing ATF are customized for the same or let me know how to fix the issue:

Hi Community members,
I am facing an issue while using 'Validate Outbound Email'. For eg, the subject contains the ticket number let's say the HR case number. When I am using the data pill icon to fetch the HR case number created in earlier steps and setting the value against field 'Subject' under 'Conditions', test gets failed even when email with the case number in 'Subject' is created. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
Similarly, the email body cannot be validated. Is there any other alternate way to validate the whole email - Subject, Recipients and Body?
