How to validate the inbound email through ATF

there is a scenario where if the incident is on status "pending" and end user replies on that ticket through portal or through outlook then then their is a inbound email that ServiceNow received and that emails shows under the activity log.

How can i validate if that inbound email ServiceNow received or not through ATF.

Hai @Vikas ,

 

There is no functionally to test inbound email action in ATF ServiceNow. there are some limitation in ATF.

 I will suggest to you to test above scenario with out inbound email action to make flow between end user action what we fellow steps mention above with in the incident ticket.

Its no where mentioned in the doc mentioned by you that there is no functionally to test the inbound email.

Yes @Vikas  I am already mentation that ATF had limitation. even Docs are not find related to your seniors.

there are some test  care already build by ServiceNow we are called OOB test case even there also not mention anything related to Email inbound action may we are expecting feathers release's add this functionality
