How to write client script for a particular form view

I need to write client script for a particular form view. If I uncheck 'global' check box and select a view name, facing error as invalid update. Please guide me in this.

Hi @Pavithra R2 , when you uncheck 'global' check box , for the view name field you need to select a view name that was already created ,in your case the only view name available is "approval".
