How to write IRE rules to prevent duplication in CMDB table of CI's

Hello All,

We are seeing duplication of CIs in CMDB table populating from Qualys integration with VR.

We want to configure IRE rules .

how to achieve it?

any documentation on how to write these rules ?

best practices?

Hi @IceIronDragon 

Go to CI Identifiers entries under Identification/Reconciliation from the Navigation and create a new record for class for which you want to configure identifier rules.

Under List Identifiers add as many entries as required which will be evaluated from lower to higher priority and add Criterion attributes which will uniquely identify a record of the class as shown below

Do we leverage other modules under Identification/reconciliation?
