How would I know which Email Client Template is being used?

We only have 12 Email client templates at the moment.  Using the format of the SUBJECT as a hint, I couldn't find template that has the same structure.

Any clues?

Hello,

The email client is under the three dots icon. Go to sys_email_client_template.list in the filter navigator. Your template should be there. On the following example, the short description is the subject of the email.

Never tried for HR but it shouldn't be different and would give a try. For every received email or sent, the following steps would guide you to find a notification template. To find which template is been used you need to start by the notification.

  1. Navigate to System Logs > Emails.
  2. Open your email and inside Originating Event and Notification tab check the notification assigned.
  3. Open the email notification record that should use the template.
  4. Navigate to the What it will contain section.
  5. Check Email template field.

Thank you,

Thanks Raf.  We are also using HRC# - Short Description on the SUBJECT.  However, from the 12 Client Email Templates, I don't see any entry that contains that Subject format.  This will at least give me an idea which 'mystical' template we are using for EMAIL CLIENT.

Let me find free time and I can take a look at how that works. Don't forget to mark the answer as correct if this solved your issue.

How i can do if i have not the Originating Event and Notification tab ? (even in the related list configuration)
