How would I know which Email Client Template is being used?

We only have 12 Email client templates at the moment.  Using the format of the SUBJECT as a hint, I couldn't find template that has the same structure.

Any clues?

Not sure about template, But you can use "Quick message" instead.

Quick message gives you option to select message.
