hr agent access to their own case

I'm curious how to implement this request.
Remove HR Agent access to their own cases they have opened. COE's should not have access to their own HR cases they create in SNOW. Also, HR Agents should not be able to their own cases in SNOW Agent Workspace they should only be able to create cases in the Employee Center.

Any user can see their own Cases. Why would you limit that?
Next to that: Snow is a completely different platform than ServiceNow. Since Snow doesn't have an Agent Workspace and you're on the ServiceNow Community, I assume it's about ServiceNow.
