HR Agent Workspace

Hi All,

Has anyone worked with Playbooks in the HR Agent Workspace? We’re looking to create a Playbook specifically for HR Cases to assist agents in handling them more efficiently. From the documentation, it appears that Playbooks are currently available for Lifecycle Event Cases. Could someone please clarify what configuration changes are needed to make a Playbook visible and usable for HR Cases within the Agent Workspace?

Unfortunately playbook is available only for Lifecycle event cases as confirmed below.

However I suggest you create idea in Idea portal so that ServiceNow team can review it.
