HR Case Creation – COE and HR Service Dropdowns Empty for User with sn_hr_core.basic

Hi Community,
I'm facing an issue while creating a new HR case in the Employee Center. For a user with only the sn_hr_core.basic role, the COE and HR Service dropdowns are showing no options (loading spinner remains), but the same fields work correctly and show values when accessed by an admin user.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
The HR services and COEs are published and active.
The user has the sn_hr_core.basic role assigned.
No errors in the console or logs that immediately point to permission issues.
Is there a specific role or ACL that needs to be granted in addition to sn_hr_core.basic for these dropdowns to populate?
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Satyam123 ,
As per screenshot, you are trying to create HR case from HR Agent Workspace. If you have sn_hr_core.admin role then you will able to create HR case from there easily.
is there any customization there ?

even after giving sn_hr_core.admin role also he is not able to create and this circle loader is stuck their only.

@Satyam123 How are you trying to create case from employee center ? using record producer ?
Try creating case using "Create new Case" module from filter navigator instead of portal as part of troubleshooting.
Also verify that if user has inherited roles after giving "sn_hr_core.basic" role.

yes it has inherited the role but still not in hr services drop down list view no hr services is showing
