HR Standard ticket Actions widget configuration- ESC Portal

Hello, I want to change the serviceNow HR Standard Ticket Actions behavior. 

WHAT I NEED: i need that when i click on cancel request, a spModal appears and ask to the user to select one option and update the case field "u_cancellation_reason" with the option selected. like this(i configured this with a client script on change like "suspend reason" client script) :

OOTB cancel behavior : just a confirm modal that asks if i want to cancel the case. 

 

for this, i created a field called "u_cancellation_reason" that has all the possible choices. and when the case is cancelled, it is mandatory to insert the reason. Can someone help with the widget?
