In my organization, under new hire lifecycle case ,once the user accepted the offer HR will send the email from Lifecycle ticket to one of the manager to confirm the transfer date or start date. Once he confirms then they will send the welcome note to new hire and few other process they will do proceed. To get the start date they are sending email method from the HR ticket and using Quick message and manager will reply through the same email or directly in work notes confirming the start date.
So now the problem is this team needs to calculate how much hours managers are taking to confirm the start date.
Since it is under the work notes it is difficult to pull the report. I have tried with sys_email table and still it is not recommended to create a report and share with them in daily basis.
Do you guys recommend and good process instead of using email mentod shall I proceed with them to use some other good process or is is there any other way to resolve the problem.
