Is there a OOB dashboard that comes with HRSD or Employee Center for training/learning? How can I set up so that I can track the employee required trainings and completions as part of HRSD.

HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Center don't come with a special dashboard for training or learning management right out of the box. To keep track of required trainings and completions, you would usually connect to a Learning Management System (LMS) or make your own dashboards in ServiceNow using HR cases, records, or custom tables. With this setup, you can record training assignments, keep track of who has finished them, and use Performance Analytics or custom widgets to report on progress.
