Hyperlink redirect email notification to redirect user to approval

I created another email notification with a hyper link, I would like the hyperlink to appear as Click here to view the Change Request" so that when I click on the hyper link, it redirects me to the portal view. How can create a hyperlink to point to the Portal View -> My Approvals tile.

In the chage Request hyperlink you need update the backend like this.

https://instance.service-now.com/sp?id=approvals

sp refers to the page, in your case if you are redirecting to other pages then use that name 

id=approvals refers to the widget, in you case if you've customised then give the id="your customised name"
