The Enterprise Architecture Review Board (ARB) at my company meets weekly to discuss proposed projects and their impact on our enterprise. There is a standard procedure for submitting proposed projects as well scheduling the presentations and approving all documents in preparation for the presentations. There has been a web page for submitting presentation requests, housing required documents and documenting approvals and next steps from thee presentations. I worked with the Enterprise Architects to develop an application in our instance of ServiceNow to be similar to the Change app with submissions, approvals, scheduling and documentation.
I just put the app in production recently and haven't had anything but positive feedback
