I am not able to see "confirm", "fix" UI action/button on the problem form after Yokohama upgrade even all the UI action with conditions and script are in place and active.

is it for workspace or native?

Compare both the UI action and form actions in Yokohama and Earlier instance and see if any extra condition got added

I am suggesting you to compare it against your other instance which is not on Yokohama

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,

I'm also facing a similar issue after upgrading to Yokohama — on the Problem form, none of the action buttons are visible except for Update and Delete.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?
