I am performing easy import on the custom table, but the string field from Excel' u_owner' is not getting mapped to the reference field 'Owner' on the target table. It is mapping the other fields but the owner field just does not get copied and leaves blank.

Need Urgent help on this.

@Mishu

how did you setup the field map? share screenshots

for target field as reference you need to provide referenced value field name, what did you setup there?

@Ankur Bawiskar ...

I am setting the referenced value field name, but every time I do the next Easy import and check the Reference Value Fieldname for the current import it is set back to blank.

The customer doesn't want to use the load data functionality so they asked for easy import

@Mishu

the field map should not vanish

But if you are using easy import then ensure you give correct value in that excel
