I have a requirement to add the templates on the form. But each template is having different subjects.
I have added subjects on the email client template. And I have created one custom field on the form for adding the condition in the email template. Based on the selection on that field, the subject will auto populate.
I have total 11 templates on the same form, but only three are working.
