I attached an Image below It is out of the box. So is it possible to edit the flow.

1) In the out of the box flow design its creating a chat to single user, but I want to post the incident details to the channel(without webhook URL approach).

2) I want to trigger it to post incident details.

3) I want Incident number, description, short description details to be posted in the channel.

Please share your inputs.

If you want to make changes to OOB flow, you can copy flow make modification as per your requirement and activate the newly coped flow and deactivate OOB flow
