I can't find a UI action and never delete it

Hello! I was working on a UI action and when I press Save with the changes I made the UI action disappeared. I can't find it anywhere and when I enter to the link it says "record not found". Never delete it. Could it be that it has to do with filling the Overrides button with the same name as the UI Action before saving it? What could have caused that? Do I have a way to go back? thank you.

@Bert_c1thanks, I was able to find the versions of the changes I made to the UI Action with in sys_update_version table. What can I do now? Can I go back? I only see the option "Compare to current" and "Show related record".

Hi Rocio,

 

If you open a previous version then you will see a "Revert as in the screenshot below:

If you open a Current version (I have one with Action = DELETE):

 When opened, you get:

Click the link to Show Related Record, and then get:

A button to restore that version. You can also get to that by just opening the 'Current' version from the list view of sys_update_versions. I hope this helps. I log in as admin.
