I cannot Create a new entity

In my learning website, Im doing the course 

Virtual Agent Simulator (Quebec)

so, Im in this step:

Create a simple entity for internet

• Create a new simple entity named internet
• In an utterance, select a given word that you want to define as a simple entity

But when Im trying to add the new simple wntity and click on save button, is doing anything... is not saved and the record is not created

AAlso, the Associated entities record is not created as it was supposed to be

and also there is appearing this message in the home page of the instance (the instnce was temporary instance provided ny the sericenow course training)

Please help, how can I fix this in order to pass this steps to contunue with the course...

This does not work as described in Now Learning instance. I keep getting this message:

Does anyone know a workaround ? It is not letting me finish my VA Simulator course.

Hello, 

I have reached out to ServiceNow support and they have gave the solution which worked perfectly and let me continue with my Virtual Agent Simulator course.
