I Cannot reference sys_choice table

Hello!
I want to make a reference to the Choice table and it doesn't show me here when selecting it and I only need it not the choice set I saw that there are ui policy and busniess ruls that prevent this and I canceled them and it still doesn't show! I would really appreciate the help

Did you check the reference qualifier of that field which shows table?

Yes, I checked, there is no problem with it, do you have any idea why it doesn't show me the choice table?
