i cannot see the menu items that i have added in the employee center header menu

I have one requirement where i need to add 10 topics to the taxonomy, but after addition everything showing in show all button on left and also have added the menu items with links to the employee center header menu but what i see the only the taxonomy added topics not the header menu topics. 
my requirement is seeing both the taxonomy topics as well the header menu topics.
Can anyone please guide me how to solve this issue.

I believe this might be expected behavior — it seems to only display the topics, not the parent or taxonomy structure (as far as I can tell). Could you check how it’s currently showing in your PDI?
