I do not want to send mail accumulated on outbox while I set "Email sending enabled" set to false.

I changed the state to proceed, but it was sent.

Do I set to ignore? Or do you need to delete it?

Change the 'type' of emails to sent.

You can set to ignore. If they are too many, you can do it thru background script.
