I have the a catalog item with free text field for the first and last name:

I have the following report and I would like to add the first and last name column to the report,  I went to 'question' and selected the catalog item and selected the fields, but I am not seeing the value displayed on the field.  What do I need to do?  Please advise.

What is this custom table ?
