See this condition of a OOB Flow in SAM - I want to understand when this flow will be triggered .. 

 

Trigger says Created on the table but 

Sys_id is Empty

 

So when will this flow be triggered ??

NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAD TO GIVE THE SYS_ID is EMPTY !!!

Most likely the trigger is corrupted or missing reference record due to mismatched snapshot fields/incomplete migration. SYS IDs will never be empty other than few exception scenarios. Refer below links that can help to understand the issue,
