I have a RITM number but approval isn`t going for approvals one of the member in group

Hi All,

I have a RITM number but approval isn`t going for approvals to one of the members in group, how do I check and also he needs to get approvals, is this because of any roles.

1. User does not have items appearing in her WORKLIST.
2. User is not registered as an Approver of these items.

Have you checked in sysapproval_approver table if approvals are getting generated for this user at all in any scenario ?
