I have a RITM number but approval isn`t going for approvals to one of the members in group, how do I check and also he needs to get approvals, is this because of any roles.
Have you investigated the running workflow for where it gets stuck and why there hasn't been asked for approval? Either look in workflow / flow designer to do proper investigation.
