Did the instance get cleared?
PDIs are not reliable

Hi @gm6 ,
If your instance is not refreshed or cleared then you can find those record.
Go to sc_cat_item table and do z to a on created. your newly created item will come on top.
do the same for other table as well.

The reason can be your instance get reclaimed and you got new instance.
You reset your instance
You are impersonated with other user who dont have full access.

when you sort by creation date sc_cat_item list view you can’t see it? If that correct?
